Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful and Future-Oriented The Project Manager conducts all relevant program and project management activities for various kinds of service projects with internal focus to meet respective project goals in terms of time, cost, and quality and an ability to manage client expectations and steer client towards opportunities that deliver best "win-win" outcomes for both Siemens and the client.
Manages the Service projects overall delivery program for ANZManages Service projects to be conducted in time, quality and cost.Adheres to the guidelines of PM@Siemens and deploys all (or specific) methods to optimally achieve the project goals (e.g. planning controlling, reporting, claim management, risk management, management of internal and external stakeholders).Contributes to organisational learning by conducting lessons learned, continuous improvement and sharing information with the rest of the Customer Service organization.Adheres to respective guidelines (e.g. tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).Projects vary in size and scope, but Service Delivery Projects with external customers are covered by PM@Siemens.Representing Siemens and reflecting on actions and feedback of the customer and developing a strong customer relationship.Qualifications Experience in identifying opportunities during project DLP/Warranty phase and converting into new opportunities.Rail projects project management experience.Preferably additional experience in project management of projects during the warranty and/or maintenance phase, including obsolescence renewals and SW upgrades.Experience in projects that have implemented cloud-based data driven maintenance services and tools, including the cybersecurity associated obligations will be valued.Why you'll love working for Siemens Mobility We live and foster an ownership culture in which every employee takes personal responsibility for our Company's success.
