Project Manager - Customer Behaviour

Analytics, Research & Insights Sydney Contract Government Relations 8/11/2024 This unique role is working with a customer focused team that is looking at analysising customer behaviours and developing solutions to change these behaviours.
Working with large stakeholder groups and the data insights teams you will be developing outpoints and tools to support the team.
In addition, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data to support the identification and development of mobility and active travel solutions to inform various stakeholders about transport and precinct development plans, creating travel behavioural change and promoting more sustainable ways of moving in and around Sydney.
Work with the program team to gather and collate information, data and statistics collected, including from existing initiatives and customer and business surveys.
Develop engaging and practical content including visual tools, maps, commuting advice and communications that support travel behaviour change.
Undertake analysis and evaluation of collated data sets to gain understanding of stakeholder needs, travel patterns and behaviours.
Translate key learnings and findings into meaningful plans and develop fit for purpose travel demand solutions for integration into planning for precincts and travel action plans for businesses and communities.
Coordinate the implementation of identified initiatives to foster active and sustainable behavioural change.
Contribute to the drafting of regular and timely information and advice on the progress of programs for senior internal stakeholders.
