The Opportunity
To review and assess all processes across the organization that enable our client to provide service and assistance to all of their customers in their critical infrastructure division.
Key deliverables include:
Update corporate safety reporting Successful delivery of two systems upgrades Driving cultural change across the division and an increased understanding, awareness & engagement across the organisation Updating all policies, procedures, workplace instructions and scripting for their critical customer base External branding including website and collateral (letters, flyers, social media feeds, etc.) Complete customer journey mapping for each lifecycle stage Manage voice of customer surveys to benchmark current service delivery and understand improvement opportunities.
The Successful Candidate
• Will come with extensive experience in managing projects with extensive stakeholder engagement, ideally with experience in CX
• Has a proven track record of implementing process improvement and sound controls
• Is able to operate independently and establish highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
