Administration Sydney Contract Government Administration 24/6/2024 The Government Department is set to release a new contract that will be rolled out in the second half of 2025.
This contract will include updated clauses, insurance recommendations, financial data considerations and GST advice  The key responsibilities for the Project Manager position include: Financial Compliance Liaising with the Legal team to amend legal terminology.
Possible travel around NSW every 2nd month, if required Strong engagement with stakeholders.
Understanding of GST implications in the contract.
Addition of concurrent leases with advice from the Legal team.
Strategic oversight on other Executive issues pertaining to this contract.
Interpretation of financial statements if required.
