About the Role:We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team who is proactive, prioritises safety, and thrives on diverse and engaging projects.
This role offers significant autonomy and a flexible work environment, making self-discipline and motivation essential qualities.
This role includes:
Managing all resources from the start to completion of projects within budgetary and timeframe requirements.Estimating, supervising staff and reviewing tender submissions.Planning all construction operations ensuring that deadlines are met.Delivering a high standard of work and the ability to organise and manage the site team.Managing all internal and external relationships, particularly building strong working relationships with clients.Successfully negotiating contracts with external contractors.Key Experience Requirements:Experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.Experience with Government sectors is preferred.Experience in Contracts Administration.Strong communication skills to liaise with all stakeholders including clients, consultants, and the Bayswater team.Effective collaboration skills, whilst demonstrating strong leadership to optimise team performance.Ability to conduct audit reporting, record register management, and quality control.Computer proficient with the ability to use Buildsoft, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite including Projects.Sound working knowledge of BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.Experience in cost control, monitoring, and reporting.If you value a strong work ethic, enjoy working on diverse and engaging projects, and seek to contribute to a growing, supportive, and cohesive team, we encourage you to submit your resume today.
