POSITION: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join the team due to continued growth.
This role will involve managing projects on the client side, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will: Lead and manage remediation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage projects up to $10 million, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring all deliverables are met according to client requirements.
Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Provide regular reports and updates to clients, ensuring transparency and strong collaboration.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of client needs.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: To be considered for this role, you should have: Proven experience in project management, with a preference for remediation project management or experience on the client or building side.
A track record of managing projects up to $10 million, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
A detail-oriented approach with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
