Project Manager (Construction) Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As our Project Manager (Construction), you will be based in Bentley, and responsible for managing delivery of minor and major property related construction projects including; Residential Property, Commercial Building, Logistics Stores and laydown areas and Ad hoc facilities projects. This is a 2 year maximum term contract with a potential for this role to transition to permanency. Your role will include: • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and approved scope.• Manage procurement of equipment and delivery contracts.• Manage and administer construction / procurement contracts.• Manage and coordinate, all engineering and project services required for the projects.You will have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, construction management (or related field) or Relevant Trade Qualification is preferred.
