As our Project Manager (Construction), you will be based in Bentley, and responsible for managing delivery of minor and major property related construction projects including; Residential Property, Commercial Building, Logistics Stores and laydown areas and Ad hoc facilities projects. This is a 2 year maximum term contract with a potential for this role to transition to permanency. Your role will include: • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and approved scope.• Manage procurement of equipment and delivery contracts.• Manage and administer construction / procurement contracts.• Manage and coordinate, all engineering and project services required for the projects.You will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, construction management (or related field) or Relevant Trade Qualification is preferred. Formal Project management qualifications desired. • Developed Project Management skills across the PM lifecycle.• Extensive relevant experience and expertise in the management of construction projects.• High level problem-solving capabilities, the ability to investigate, interpret and evaluate information and knowledge of relevant legislative requirements including quality and Work Health and Safety are essential.• Experience in the interpretation of formal plans and specifications, working with architects, undertake contract administration, project reporting, budget development and monitoring.Our employees enjoy real rewards and recognition including: • Helping to create a connected and thriving WA.• An extensive rewards and recognition program.• Access to our award-winning health and wellbeing program.• Flexible working arrangements.Our workplace culture is created through every interaction, every experience and everything we do.
