are in partnership with a well established construction company based in Perth. They specialise in government and education projects throughout Perth, due to continued growth we're now recruiting a Project Manager who can deliver new build construction projects to the value of $20m
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 3 years experience delivering fit out projects in commercial settingsTertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or related disciplineProven ability to plan, manage and deliver projects smoothly and in a timely mannerExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, trades and office staffA genuine team player who is able to lead and motivate a team.Excellent communication skills and ability to delegateMS Office skills and construction industry software experience
Your Responsibilities May Include
Manage and deliver projects in line with project scope, on time and within budget, not comprising quality or safetyEnsure compliance and project contractual obligations are metTrack project costs to ensure adherence to budgetRegular reporting and providing feedbackBuild and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders of all levels to ensure smoothly project deliveryScheduling of trades, visiting sites to ensure progress, acting as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractorsChampion safety on site, running meetings, coaching team members and ensuring adherence to OHS&E procedures
