They are currently seeking a driven, thorough Project Manager to be based in Melbourne. You will be actively involved in significant health, education commercial development projects in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. You will be reporting to the Director, the role is for a project manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, contract management and to provide advice and guidance to the client.The role includes (but not limited to) assisting with:Design ManagementTender Phase – documenting, supporting, assessing and finalising.Construction – superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.Project AdministrationContract administration including Superintending;Strong communication and writing skills (formal & informal);Collaborating with colleagues and line managers; Design development & project delivery; andStakeholder managementAbout youA relevant tertiary qualificationTeam collaboration is a must5+ years project management/development experience preferableKnowledge of health, education, retail, sports & leisure sectors preferredEnd to End experience essential An architecture., engineering or quantity surveyor experience is idealFront end delivery is a mustAbility to work proactively and autonomously.Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes and a sound understanding of construction contract administrationHigh attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budge Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision;Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects; and Open to a contract administer from builder sideWhat they offer:A professional working environment with genuine care and support for all employees.Potential career path progression for the right candidate.Access to key industry skills, knowledge and development.Generous remuneration, commensurate with experience.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Ben James/0401 205 618 ****** or click apply.
