Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction fitout projects in Sydney.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from pre-design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for delivering construction projects in accordance with standards and client requirements.
Manage communication with the Client, Site Team, Subcontractors and other Stakeholders Effectively handle project budgets, cash flow, and profitability Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Lead risk management efforts and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental systems.
Assemble and lead project teams to optimize performance and achieve project goals.
Oversee project procurement, subcontractor engagement, and quality control.
Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing construction projects as a Project Manager in the Australian building construction industry Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication abilities with all levels of staff.
Experience with Procore, MS Project, and MS Excel is preferred.
A proactive and motivated work style, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
