Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their team on a 6-month contract, driving the successful delivery of high-impact projects in a dynamic and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing financial services projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, IT, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure goals are achieved on schedule and within scope.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders and management.
Identify and escalate risks or issues, ensuring swift resolution to minimize impact.
Ensure projects adhere to financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Support project managers in resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and milestone tracking.
Skills and Experience: 5+ years proven experience as a Project Coordinator in the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
Experience managing financial books for projects Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Excel or equivalent).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
Experience working on a Mergers or Demerger or Acquisition projects would be advantageous.
