Foot Locker has a great opportunity for a qualified Senior Manager, Construction for our Asia Pacific (APAC) region with strong retail project management experience from feasibility to completion. Using your sound financial acumen and retail industry experience, you will manage the effective construction of a portfolio of retail stores in conjunction with external construction and design consultants. As a strategic thinker, you will collaborate effectively, maintaining client focus, anticipating client needs with the ability to be both proactive and reactive as circumstances dictate throughout the lifecycle of projects. Working across functions, you will be an effective communicator and negotiator to successfully manage a variety of stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered on time, and within budget. Note: This role requires a willingness to travel.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Performance: Assist the Senior Director in achieving key operation and financial objectives for APAC.Business/Technical Functions: Negotiate scope of works and coordinate with operations to ensure all parties are updated, including working with other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
