About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join our team at Building Environs Recruitment. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from the early design stages through to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Management and Development: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop project designs and ensure they meet client requirements.Consulting and Engineering Stakeholder Management: Engage with consulting and engineering stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.Project Deliverables: Source solutions to design and building issues, and create a collaborative environment for all project stakeholders.Head Contractor Management: Select and manage head contractors to ensure project progress and financial performance are met.Project Progress and Financial Management: Manage and report on project progress and financial performance.Variations and Progress Claims: Manage variations or progress claims submitted by head contractors.Requirements3-8 years of experience in the construction industry.Ideal background in engineering, with exposure to technically complex projects.Excellent communication skills.Must operate within the Melbourne built environment market with a network to support project management activities.Full Australian work rights, either as a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.How to ApplyIf you have a resume ready, please forward it to Martin Preece by email at or click on the 'apply now' tab for this advert and attach your resume.
