Project Manager - Commercial Metal Roofing

Metal Roofing Project Manager Commercial / Industrial We are looking for a project manager to join our team!
The successful candidate could be:
An experienced project manager in commercial applicationsA manager who has industrial construction experienceA commercial metal roofer willing to learn fiscal management and project estimatingDuties will include: Coordination of roofing projects from start to finish.Liaising with clients.Estimating with software platforms.Comprehensive understanding of plans and specifications.The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes: An impeccable attention to detail.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to direct a team on site and build good relationships with builders, labour force, and suppliers.Have a sound knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, and methods utilized in roof repair and installation.Understand the workplace hazards and safety requirements of the trade.Have solid office administrative skills.The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Remuneration is negotiable based on experience. Location: Brisbane, Regional & Interstate Projects. Travel may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Benefits: Company car.Schedule: 8 hour shift.Monday to Friday.No weekends.Work Authorisation: Australia (Required).Work Location: In person.
