Are you an experienced Project Manager / Commercial Landscaper looking for a new challenge? Our client, an award-winning landscaping construction company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team based in Sydney. They specialise in both hard and soft landscaping, working on projects within the commercial sector.
About the Role
If you are looking for job security with a successful Australian-owned company, this role is for you! Reporting directly to the business owner will give you autonomy in this role. Your attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail will determine your success in the position. You will coordinate a team of landscapers and subcontractors to ensure the construction process is managed according to strict operating standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Role:
Coordinating staff and subcontractors
Ordering materials and managing deliveries
Delivery of complex landscaping projects
Completing projects within budget and time-line requirements and in adherence to specifications
Reading and interpreting plans
Liaison with key stakeholders
Ensuring WHS compliance
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role or a minimum of five years in Commercial Landscape Construction
Trade Certificate/Qualification in Landscape/Horticulture or 3+ years experience
Previous proven experience managing high-end projects
Current Driver's License is essential
White card
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be in Australia with Australian working rights
