Do you have the expertise to deliver innovative solutions, apply new thinking across disciplines, and drive successful workplace construction projects for Unispace's clients? Responsibilities: Managing the full lifecycle of workplace fit-out projects, from concept to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations, contractual requirements, and timelines. Leading project methodology, tender processes, payment processing, and consultant and contractor management, while ensuring efficient site operations. Building and nurturing relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project. Coordinating and leading project meetings, ensuring effective communication, and addressing issues to keep projects on track. Overseeing the financial management of projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget. Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment. Your experience: A tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture. Proven experience in Design and Build processes, with a strong background in delivering commercial fit-out projects. 5+ years of construction management experience, ideally within the workplace or commercial sectors. Excellent client management skills, with a track record of building strong, lasting relationships. Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing project teams and stakeholders. Solid financial acumen and experience managing project budgets. What do we offer?
