The team delivers electrical design and construct services for commercial, industrial, government and housing projects. With over 180 team members, the business is one of Queensland's largest and longest serving electrical construction providers. The team has a well-earned reputation in the industry for delivering quality outcomes for our clients.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Commercial Construction team based in Hendra. In this role you will:Have overall management of a number of jobs including project schedules, build programmes, stage completions, handover and commissioningDeliver all jobs on time and on budget - in terms of cost and margin and achieving project outcomes in line with business and client's expectationsHave strong management, leadership and mentoring to the field teamsBe responsible for the proactive management of QA, OH&S and environmental compliance and requirementsEffectively manage time, resources, labour, suppliers and contractors as per the agreed project planBuild, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team membersComplete project planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project and Excel and provision of weekly and monthly reporting to the Construction ManagerThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, opportunities for growth and a secure working environment.About YouAre you the person CV needs?
