Your Role: As the Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and management of clinical trials, overseeing the timely and high-quality execution of a portfolio of studies.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet timelines, deliverables, and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include: End-to-End Project Management : Oversee the entire lifecycle of clinical trials – from feasibility, site selection, and recruitment, to execution and close-out.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Build strong relationships with external partners, investigators, and site staff to ensure smooth trial operations.
Quality & Compliance : Ensure adherence to ICH/GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Conduct quality control visits as required.
Team Leadership : Lead local study teams, train local roles, and collaborate with CRAs, CTCs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and high performance.
Risk Management : Develop and execute local risk management plans to proactively address challenges.
Performance Monitoring : Track trial performance, addressing any issues and ensuring continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For: Experience : Solid background in clinical research project management.
CRA experience is a plus.
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Science (or a comparable field).
Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's, MD, or PhD) are highly desirable.
Quality-Focused : High attention to quality, compliance, and regulatory processes, with a strong understanding of GCP Problem-Solving & Adaptability : Ability to proactively manage complex issues while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
