Project Manager - Client Side - Projects up to $60m+Our client is a leading boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline across new build as well as fit out/refurbishment up to $60m+. They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team in Sydney.
Candidates can come from a head contractor or client side/consultancy background; however, ideally, they will have some client side/consultancy experience. Excellent progression opportunities are available as well as being mentored by one of the Directors.
Years of experience:
3 - 5 years
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scope developmentManaging regulatory approvalsDesign coordinationStakeholder management and liaisonHealth and safetyProgram managementContract administrationConstruction management of project deliveryManagement of site variations and design changesCost managementBusiness DevelopmentQualifications and Requirements: Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or similarA minimum of 3 - 5 + years' experience in a client-side PM role; head contractor experience would also be idealProven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completionContract Administration experienceExposure to program management, managing timelines and critical pathsExperience of end-to-end project management on a variety of building projects; commercial fit out would be an advantageExperience of running multiple smaller projectsThis is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organization that offers challenging work and the potential for career progression.
