You will autonomously manage capital programs with projects ranging in value up to $20M through clear communication and technical expertise. You have responsibility for delivering a clear agenda to a raft of stakeholders both internally and externally and create a platform to report back on progress every step of the way including the tender process. As the client-side lead, you will manage and report on financial status through the project lifecycle, monitoring cash flow, expenditure, variations and contingencies, against budget.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will have previously worked in the delivery of capital projects in an environment that requires complex stakeholder management. You will thrive in an environment that requires your technical expertise and be a natural leader that brings together cohorts that result in outstanding projects.
