Typical projects include: Multi Storey Residential Class 2 apartments Senior Living, Health Care GC21 - government contracts The role: As one of their Project Managers you will be expected to take full ownership of the project supervising site activities and delegating as necessary. Ideally you will have direct experience working on Multi Storey apartment's, Commercial Retail or high end residential projects over $10 million. You will also have a seasoned portfolio and over 4 years Project Management experience working on Residential Class 2 schemes , or similar build projects for an Australian recognised Building Contractor. Preparing programmes Adherence to BCA standards Site Inspections, establishment and testing. Daily and Monthly reporting OH&S Subcontractor site Inductions Client Care Managing onsite issues Working to deadlines, contract and project time frames. Qualifications: Ideally you have a Construction Management or Building diploma, but relevant experience working for competitors will be acknowledged and shortlisted on a case by case basis.
