COME AND JOIN THE WOLFEPACKWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client for 2 x Civil Construction Project Managers.Due to an extremely strong pipeline of works, alongside new contract wins, these opportunities are available to be working for one of NSW's leading Civil Construction businesses on a permanent basis.Vehicle with fuel card, mobile, and laptop will be included.Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidates will possess demonstrated commercial success and robust project administration capabilities. A strong discipline for converting project programs to solid and well-organized site activities, exceeding project timelines and profit outcomes is a defining requirement of this position.DutiesCoordinate with clients, supervisors, directors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of projects.Engage and lead the teams of construction staff and site operatives, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as required.Monitor construction progress, identify any potential issues or risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.About YouThe successful applicant must demonstrate the following competencies:Strong commercial aptitude.Experience in subdivisional works.Hold a formal civil engineering qualification.Supervisory tickets or qualifications.Project and contract administration.Resources management & utilization.Aptitude both in written and verbal form.Problem solving - deductive reasoning & analytical thinking.Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Project.WHS - Quality & Process Improvement Management.Functional capacity at a client and project level.Report preparation and interpretation.What's in it for you?Market leading remuneration.Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, and phone.Job security with a reputable long-standing organisation.Fantastic team to work with.If these roles are of interest, then please get in touch!
