Project Manager - Civil

Design & Build are currently working with an Australian owned Civil Contractor in Adelaide, to identify a Project Manager on a permanent basis. Fully serviced vehicle Join a company who focus on their employees development with continuous training and promotion opportunities Strong pipeline of work an excellent job security.  The Role This is a permanent role where you will join up with 2 other PMs to ensure projects are delivered in a safe, cost efficient and timely manner across Adelaide.  Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost and equipment selection; Perform technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, procurement and quality control functions for assigned project issues; Assisting in the tendering process by developing tender lists, evaluating tenders, budgets, time and preparing the recommendations to award contracts; Effectively and professionally manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the company's safety, quality assurance & environmental management systems Manage internal field and subcontractor resources Coordinate delivery activities to achieve project time and budget objectives.
