Job DescriptionThe Opportunity An integral part of the engineering team, this role will see you take on Project Manager responsibilities through the construction phase of project delivery. Some key responsibilities include:
Being the first point of communication with the client; managing expectations, resolving issues and ensuring successful delivery of outcomes.Coordinating with a diverse range of stakeholders in the project including authorities, developers, clients and contractors.Oversight of all matters relating to budget, resources, project health and project planning.Overseeing the contractors' compliance on the construction project, with a strong focus on the review of their quality, environmental and safety systems.Liaising with internal teams across a multidisciplinary office to resolve client queries and design challenges.About You You are an experienced Civil Engineer with a proven track record successfully delivering land development projects and/or teams. You thrive in an environment which provides you with a breadth of responsibility and role diversity.
