Position Overview: You will be a leader in our business and ultimately be responsible for delivering construction projects within budget and within the allowable time whilst governing high standards and best practice ensuring client requirements are met.
Reporting to the Construction Manager you will: Lead, Manage and hold people accountable (Project engineers, Site engineers, Graduate engineers, delivery team)Mentor and develop direct and indirect reportsManage project profit & loss, closely managing budget and productivityManage risk and opportunities on your projectsOwn the Project programming function, ensuring it is tracked, and updated.
Understanding critical path, key milestones, procurement timeframes, client requirementsEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with the Contract DocumentationRemain aware of contractual entitlements, notifying the Construction Manager if program slippage occursLead procurement for projectsLead project QC / QA / HSEQAbout you: You will have a qualification in relevant field (Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management etc.
