Project Manager - Civil Construction

Details of the offer

You will be a leader in our business and ultimately be responsible for delivering construction projects within budget and within the allowable time whilst governing high standards and best practice ensuring client requirements are met.

Reporting to the Construction Manager you will:
Lead, manage and hold people accountable (Project engineers, Site engineers, Graduate engineers, delivery team) Mentor and develop direct and indirect reports Manage project profit & loss, closely managing budget and productivity Manage risk and opportunities on your projects Own the project programming function, ensuring it is tracked and updated.
Understanding critical path, key milestones, procurement timeframes, client requirements Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Documentation Remain aware of contractual entitlements, notifying the Construction Manager if program slippage occurs Lead procurement for projects Lead project QC / QA / HSEQ About you:
You will have a qualification in a relevant field (Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management etc.)
Demonstrated experience managing complex Civil construction projects Demonstrated understanding of construction techniques & specification requirements Strong understanding of HSEQ best practice Great time management, with ability to manage budgets and track production About us:
