Details of the offer

Robert Plumb Collective is a dynamic construction services group with a strong emphasis on premium quality and innovation across the building, landscape, and manufacturing sectors. With commonly held values, our team of over 160 dedicated employees, across 10 different brands, are committed to delivering excellence in all aspects of our work. One of our key brands, Robert Plumb Build, has launched a new venture based in the Central Coast to serve the luxury residential construction market across Northern NSW. With an outstanding reputation for building excellence, quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a sustainable agenda for the future, we collaborate with some of Australia's leading architects and interior designers to create notable, often award-winning, houses. Supporting our established on-site skilled tradespeople, our Project Management team sets us apart, with diverse backgrounds, including architecture, construction, and contract administration. Our Project Managers are critical in the successful delivery of each project by ensuring that the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. They coordinate all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, procurement, stakeholder management, and administration, and communicate effectively to keep the project running smoothly. With a strong pipeline of new projects in 2024, we are looking for a professional, qualified, and committed Project Manager to join our new Robert Plumb Build North team. This role will ultimately be located in the Central Coast; however, in the short term, the role will spend time in Botany with the Sydney-based Project Management team, on-site in the Central Coast and the Hunter Valley, plus working from home. About the role:

Managing the full lifecycle of each project, from tender and planning to completion. Ensuring contract terms are fully executed, monitoring project progress against the contract program. Working closely with and providing assistance to the Site Foreman and on-site teams as required. Developing strong working relationships with the Sydney-based Project Management team. Identifying critical decisions and project milestones by providing timely direction to key stakeholders. Assisting in the development and ongoing management of the project program. Monitoring and controlling the project budget, including cost reporting, forecasting, and invoicing. Managing the procurement of trades and suppliers throughout the project, utilizing procurement schedules when necessary. Establishing and maintaining relationships with all project stakeholders, including the site team, client, architect, subconsultant, contractors, and the community. Updating and maintaining effective records in the project management system - IPM. Facilitating continuous project risk assessment. Providing project reporting as required.

About you:

Construction Management or Project Management Qualification / Bachelor or Masters of Architecture. Demonstrated experience in a similar role in residential construction, project management, or contract administration. Experience using project management software and Microsoft Office (e.g., Buildertrend, IPM, Project, Excel). Driver's licence and own vehicle. White card.

What we offer:

The chance to work on prestigious construction projects in Northern NSW. Future opportunities for professional growth and career development across the Collective. A supportive and inclusive work environment.
