On the back of a very strong pipeline of new projects, my client has created an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to have an immediate impact by taking on, and making their own, an autonomous project leadership role.

As Project Manager you can expect to: Lead building design development and build-ability close-out Engage design engineers, ensuring drawing development is achieved, and managed through the build process Draw up and manage the Head and Main Contract Attend client and contractor meetings Manage the variations process Attend to RFI's Engage with all internal and external stakeholders The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience doing the above role, as well as experience with MS Project, have strong communication skills, understand the needs of the PM role, and can think on their feet as challenges arise that COULD slow down the project's delivery.
Experience in commercial fitout is a MUST.
The remuneration range for this Project Manager role is from $130,000 for someone with earlier experience doing the role above, to $150,000 for someone more #J-18808-Ljbffr
