Employment Status: Fixed term until June 2025
Days & Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, totalling 38 hours per week
Competitive Salary: Band 6- $98,867 to $107,872 (dependent on experience) + 11.5% superannuation
Location: Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

About the Role: The Building Project Manager role is key in providing end-to-end Project Management services on capital projects from inception to delivery. Supported by the wider Capital Projects team, this is an opportunity to work on projects such as new pavilions and existing pavilion upgrades from our broad range of community buildings. The Capital Projects team works collaboratively, and this role includes supporting other Project Managers and the team in general in the delivery of their projects when required.
You will be responsible for:
Project Management: Developing and maintaining an effective plan of all project activities at all times, including the management of project interdependencies and constraints.Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Financial Management: Manage, forecast, monitor, control risk and report on project financial performance.Contract Management: Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements in construction projects, develop and monitor construction programs.Key Selection Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:
