Project Manager - Capital Delivery

Position Objective: Are you passionate about managing and delivering capital projects? Southern Rural Water (SRW) is seeking a dedicated Project Manager - Capital Delivery to oversee a range of infrastructure projects and programs. This role ensures that SRW's projects are well-planned and delivered to meet the agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget, providing the best value for our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering capital projects and programs in accordance with SRW governance processes, policies, and procedures. Provide regular project reporting tailored to different stakeholders, including monthly budget analysis and reforecasting Reviewing designs, drawings and documents, including compiling tender documents and specifications. Obtaining relevant project approvals, including completing site investigations and surveys prior to obtaining permits and external approvals (such as environmental and cultural heritage permits) About you Business Case Development Experience writing business cases and creating detailed documents that justify project initiation, including problem statements, objectives, options analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and recommendations. End to End Project Management Comprehensive experience managing projects from start to finish, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, handover and closure Stakeholder Management Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Project Execution Experience with completing projects as planned, within agreed timelines and approved budget, whilst achieving the expected quality outcomes Why join? This role is based on SRW's Maffra. Please note that during construction phases there will be a requirement for a regular on-site presence.
