We are now seeking a Project Manager to join our Cancer Hub team where you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordinating, and delivering of projects across Cancer Hub.
This is a high-impact role for a qualified project manager with a natural ability to connect and support.
About our benefits Base Salary + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 of your salary tax-free).5 Weeks Annual Leave.About our role Canteen, Camp Quality and Redkite (Alliance Partners) are working together to provide Cancer Hub – a digital hub to help families impacted by cancer more easily access the practical and emotional support they need, when they need it.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a strategically driven stakeholder engagement plan, collaborating closely with the Head of Cancer Hub and key stakeholders within the Alliance.
You will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of stakeholder engagement systems and processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
A key priority will be creating sustainable and scalable initiatives that empower the Cancer Hub team and partners to maintain these activities independently.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders, you will drive clear communication, prioritize competing priorities, and deliver impactful results.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the success of a high-priority project that shapes stakeholder relationships and advances broader organisational goals.
About You Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering.A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, including budget management and risk mitigation.
Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Experience managing budgets and financial resources.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with project management software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to connect.A compassionate values-based approach.Experience in developing stakeholder engagement frameworks and plans.Experience in policy writing.*Due to the nature of Canteen's work, you will be required to (very) occasionally work weekends and evenings.
