Exciting new opportunity for a person with highly developed Project Management skills and an understanding of clinical trials to lead a project that will plan and develop an expanded Cancer Clinical Trials environment at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH). The expectation is that the successful candidate will use their project management skills to lead the development through an agreed action plan of a comprehensive cancer, haematology and palliative care centre to house the clinical trials program.
It is the chance to start a significant project from the beginning to ensure a high quality sustainable cancer clinical trials unit is established through significant seed funding that sets the benchmark for the future.
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time until 4 February 2025 (with possibility of ongoing employment)
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 3
Remuneration:  $2,354.41 - $2,674.64 per week

What you'll be doing Due to special funding the project officer will have the opportunity to prepare a detailed Cancer Clinical Trials project plan and implementation within a budget that is specifically for the dynamic and future thinking RNSH cancer services.

Demonstrate your understanding of Core Values as per NSW Health.Tertiary qualification in health related /management field or relevant experience.Demonstrate your experience in project management reflecting on your suitability for the position.Discuss your experience in all aspects of project management including explaining your approach in development and implementation of specific project.Identify your experience in clinical trials and or a research environment and your engagement with key stakeholders in a managing a project. Need more information?
