As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of cabinet making projects, ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the project management including budgets, resource allocation and timelines.Lead and manage multiple cabinet-making projects simultaneously.Coordinate all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution.Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and skilled craftsmen to ensure timely and precise delivery and client satisfaction.Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve challenges throughout the project lifecycle.Adhere to safety and building design regulations throughout all phases of the project.What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing residential joinery projects in the cabinet making industry.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong understanding of cabinet-making design principles, manufacturing and installation processes.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.Relevant trade qualifications in shopfitting, cabinet making or joinery.Why Join Us?
