About the opportunity There is currently one (1) permanent position available for immediate filling.
The Department is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead, create, develop, and implement a range of initiatives to support and grow the Buy West Eat Best program.
The Buy West Eat Best program is an initiative developed by the State Government to assist local WA food and beverage businesses to promote their products to consumers.
As the Project Manager, you will assist these businesses in capturing increased market share and increasing their returns in the domestic and international markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of activities, including the development and execution of consumer campaigns, managing co-investment initiatives with members, and fostering strategic partnerships across the supply chain.
This role will involve working closely with food industry leaders, government agencies, and organizational providers connected to the food sector in WA.
The candidate will play a key role in driving collaborative efforts and co-creation opportunities aimed at advancing the growth and innovation within the food industry, which includes the Buy West Eat Best program.
We are looking for individuals with: The ability to create, develop, execute, and manage consumer campaigns to promote the food industry in WA and the buy local message, as well as membership attraction and retention strategies.Expertise in facilitating communication and engagement between stakeholders, consumers, and members across the supply chain to ensure project initiatives are met.Strong commercial and retail experience in the food and beverage industry.Excellent project management skills to enable the successful oversight, coordination, and delivery of the Buy West Eat Best program and other marketing initiatives.How to Apply Click the Apply button and attach the following to your application:

Employment Conditions and Additional Information DPIRD is an Emergency Management Agency and all employees may be required to work or travel during or outside of normal business hours to assist with incidents and emergencies.
