As part of a large business improvement program, you will be instrumental in developing strategic initiatives and achieving this organisation's ambitious goals for the years ahead. Your new role As Project Manager, you will be in charge of completing project planning activities such as resource allocation, developing project briefs, business cases, initiation paperwork, and project delivery plans. Overseeing three core program streams, you will be involved in the implementation of strategic initiatives focussing on business improvement and change management that are aligned with the overall program and the organisation's strategic plan. You will provide guidance and assistance throughout the project's life cycle, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and business partners to guarantee the best possible results. With an emphasis on organisational change, you will implement successful change strategies, supporting stakeholders and impacted business units while raising awareness and building excitement for change within the enterprise. With extensive experience and formal qualifications in project and change management, you will ensure adherence to best practice in project management, process improvement and change management. What you'll need to succeed Proven expertise in managing significant programs and projects within large, complex organisations. Extensive project management experience, with strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and make critical decisions. Proven ability to influence across organisational boundaries and levels, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.
