Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Project Manager / Business Analyst- AGSVA Baseline Clearance Required- 6-month contract with potential for 1 x 6-month extension- $95 - $120/h incl. super (negotiable)- Located in Barton, ACT- Must be willing to work 3 days per week onsite in the Barton office- Job Reference #1287468Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage projects, including the uplift of external-facing websites in collaboration with the Department's Communications Branch and the upgrade of the data modeling platform within the Treasury environment.Lead the delivery of IT projects and business process improvement initiatives, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.Apply industry-standard processes, tools, and methodologies such as BABOK, Prince2, and Agile to project management and business analysis tasks.Collaborate effectively with key business users and stakeholders at various levels to understand requirements and ensure project alignment with organisational goals.Work both independently and within a team to deliver successful project outcomes.Essential Criteria:Demonstrated Federal Government experience in delivering IT projects as a Project Manager and Business Analyst.Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.Experience working on Prince2 projects and applying BABOK principles.Experience with the ADKAR change management methodology and its application in Prince2 projects.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and operational staff.If you thrive on tackling challenges, managing complex initiatives, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, this opportunity is for you!Ready to make an impact?
