About the Role: Working closely with the Site Supervisor in the organization of labour, plant, machinery, equipment and materials to meet the programCreating & implementing the construction programWorking with the client to resolve technical, commercial and scheduling issuesReviewing and approving subcontract and supplier invoices and monthly claimsAbility to manage project expenditure and cash flowEnsuring projects are managed on budget, completed on time and delivered to a high qualityExperience with project programming, cost and quality control, procurement and supplier engagementEssential Skills and Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering, ConstructionManagement or similar is desirable – alternatively, extensive Project Management experience in the civil industry will be consideredMinimum 5 years experience oncivil infrastructure projectsKnowledge of structures & drainageDelivering self-perform worksAbility to read drawings and interpret plansProgramming & Cost ControlExcellent safety record from previous projectsWhat's on offer: Competitive salary based on the successful candidate's experienceA permanent position with a growing civil construction companyWork VehicleCareer progression opportunitiesSponsorship is available for the right candidate About Us: Silverstrand is a privately owned and operated contractor operating across Australasia since 2008, providing quality delivery in all areas of both civil and structural construction works in metro, regional and remote areas.
