About the roleJoin the dynamic team at Leopard Controls as a full-time Project Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex projects related to Mechanical Electrical and Building Management Systems (BMS) installations and upgrades.
Working from our office in Perth, WA, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's strategic objectives and delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
What you'll be doing Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple Mechanical Electrical & BMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop detailed project plans.Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate regularly with stakeholders.Oversee the work of project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.Troubleshoot issues, provide technical guidance, and implement corrective actions as needed.Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for management and clients.Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance project delivery.What we're looking for Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the Building Management Systems or construction industry.Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, and the ability to apply them effectively.Strong technical understanding of BMS systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.Apply now for this exciting opportunity to become a Project Manager - BMS at Leopard Controls.
