ABOUT THE ROLE As the senior team member, you will be the "go-to" person for team support, handling questions on the technical building aspects of the job as well as the insurance space.
You will provide guidance on policies, processes, and procedures.
You will be assessing and project managing a variety of insurance repair building projects in Melbourne Metro, with complete flexibility to work on the road as required, alongside ample support from our local office team.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an above industry average salary package, performance-based salary reviews, and a fully maintained vehicle provided.
ABOUT YOU Experience working with an insurance repair builder, in a project managing, supervising, estimating, or assessing context.Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and pick up new systems quickly.Trade Certificate, Cert IV Building & Construction or higher qualification highly advantageous.Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
