Their project portfolio varies from luxury high-rise unit developments to large scale commercial projects. The Position Project Manager required to deliver luxury apartment projects in Brisbane. Duties & Responsibilities Manage all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction right through to defect liability and handover Adhere to building specifications and standards and manage contractual requirements Implement project delivery systems, generate constructions programs, tender interviews, contract letting and subcontractor negotiations Successful financial and WHS&E management Drive and develop a high performing team The Benefits Join a builder who are already well established, Lots of career progression available as the business grows, Very strong order book with upcoming projects including a $20M apartment, $40M apartment, $25M apartment, large retail development and aged care development throughout 2024 and 2025.
