Highly respected Builder Developer. They have created a fantastic name in South East QLD and due to recent project wins find themselves in a period of growth. Their project portfolio varies from luxury high-rise unit developments to large scale commercial projects.
The Position
Project Manager required to deliver luxury apartment projects in Brisbane.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction right through to defect liability and handover Adhere to building specifications and standards and manage contractual requirements Implement project delivery systems, generate constructions programs, tender interviews, contract letting and subcontractor negotiations Successful financial and WHS&E management Drive and develop a high performing team
