Robert Plumb Landscape South specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of gardening and landscape projects. Working directly with landscape designers the business consists of a team of qualified tradesmen who ensure each project is meticulously managed and installed to the highest standard.
Supporting our skilled on-site team of tradespeople, our Project Manager and Estimator will be critical in the successful delivery of each project by ensuring that the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. Based in our office in Burradoo, the new team member will support the Director on existing and upcoming projects, and as required attend sites across the Southern Highlands.
About the role Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from start to finish. Prepare project documentation, including reports, contracts, and schedules. Management of the estimate/costing process, including evaluation, analysis, preparation, and submission of accurate project estimates and documentation. Sourcing and management of suppliers. Incorporate effective project management principles across all aspects of the role. Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Identify and address potential issues and risks promptly. Provide assistance to the on-site teams as required. Establishing and maintaining relationships with all project stakeholders, including the site team, client, architect, subconsultant, contractors, and the community. About you Background in Estimating and Project management. Currently studying or qualified in Construction Management, Project Management or related field. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Exposure to, or experience in construction management software (e.g., IPM, MS Project). A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Driver's licence and own vehicle. White card. What we offer An exceptional team environment!
