Project Manager - Agile / Applications - Government - 6 month Contract role We are a leading ICT Consultancy based in Perth.
Due to upcoming project work, we are looking to bring on an experienced Agile focused Project Manager with previous experience in delivering large enterprise level software applications projects, ideally within the government sector.
This is an ongoing contract role, with an initial 6-month contract and further extensions.
The project will involve managing and delivering multiple small Agile Software Development and implementation projects for one of our key government clients.

Ideally, we are looking for a Prince2 certified PM who has good exposure to Agile / Scrum, a good track record working within the government sector, and previous project experience that involved either Software Application development, Software Implementation, and/or migration of applications to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery focused PM role within an Agile / Scrum environment.
Produce project planning documents, including Project Initiation Documents and project plans.
Develop and manage project delivery, schedule, project goals, scope, status, and reporting.
Manage and give direction to the technical project team (Developers, BA's, DevOps, Test and Support).
Value / benefits realisation.
Identifying and supporting business process change.
Mid-level to Senior Project Management experience.
Ideally some experience as a PM within the government sector.
Previous Software Development and Application project experience.
Prince2 Agile cert would be highly regarded but not essential.
Must have integrity, be ethical, and professional at all times.

An interesting and challenging long-term contract.
Perth based.
Circa $950 to $1000 daily rate.
Hybrid role - Flexible work hours with WFH 50% of the time.
