About the Company
This business is a well established commercial-industrial builder who are continuing to expand. With a healthy pipeline of work in place they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to initially oversee either an Aged Care or school/education project. 

About the Role
As Project Manager you will have ultimate responsibility for the relationship and coordination with the client and stakeholders as well as the delivery of the project ensuring client expectations are met and time, cost, quality and safety targets are achieved and exceeded. You will be supported by a committed site team and a highly experienced management team. 

About You
To suit this role it is expected you have experience as a Project Manager in Melbourne with recognisable commercial-industrial builders. You will have an indepth construction knowledge, commercial acumen and strong communication skills. Remuneration will suit your experience but is expected to be around $200k - $250k.
