About you We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic applicants for the role of Project Manager - Aboriginal Workforce Planning. About the role This position develops and leads strategic Aboriginal workforce planning projects to build the mental health and alcohol and other drug workforce capacity. The role engages with key stakeholders across the public, health and community sectors to build Aboriginal workforce capabilities and develop appropriate workforce indicators to deliver outcomes. In undertaking the role of this position, the occupant will need to recognise that there is a commitment to focussing on the needs of the individual, their families, carers or advocates working in partnership for better alcohol and other drug outcomes and improved mental health.
