The Project Manager will effectively and efficiently deliver programs/projects within the CIP portfolio, ensuring theyare managed in accordance with the Infrastructure Group's governance arrangements, processes and procedureswith responsibility for planning and scoping, stakeholder engagement, risk management, issues and resourcemanagement (including financial resources), quality management, status reporting, project review and evaluation,and project closure.
The role: Develop and deliver capital works projects which meet internal client needs and contribute to the continued development of a strategic approach to asset planning across the DoH portfolio. Manage all phases of complex capital works projects in accordance with industry standards and Tasmanian Government and DoH policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide regular and accurate project status reports and briefing papers detailing matters affecting the successful delivery of projects including stakeholder issues, risks, progress and milestones, cash flows and current and forecast cost. Prepare and maintain project plans including key project information, roles and responsibilities, delivery program, critical risk, stakeholders, and budget. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies. Salary: $124,371 to $130,905 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance withPublic Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022 Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
