The Role As Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of key projects within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liabilitythe performance of the project team, including career/skill development and mentoringthe delivery of projects in accordance with building specs and standardshead and sub-contractual requirementstender interviews and letting of contracts, including subcontractor negotiationsproject delivery systems and EHSQ responsibilitiesthe financial responsibilities of our projectsthe detailed programmesTo Be Successful You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar and proven experience working for a principal contractor in a project management role. You will also have a strong understanding of project management within the construction industry (fitout and refurbishment experience would be a plus). Ultimately, you will be a natural leader and motivator who cares for their team and knows how to get the best out of them.
