WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Project Management Specialist in the Global Design Studios team, you will lead design project coordination for the ANZ region, managing daily workflows for ANZ and collaborating with a dedicated team in India. Working closely with Project Managers, Designers, and creative leaders across APAC, you'll focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring seamless project execution for ANZ-based projects. In this growing global team of over 450 creatives, you'll support Creative Directors, Creative Strategists, Design Managers, and cross-functional designers on all operational tasks to drive successful project outcomes.A committed team player, you'll prioritize the highest quality delivery and excellent client experience, proactively managing expectations and supporting ANZ-dedicated designers to ensure they have the clarity and resources to complete projects on time.Throughout each project, you will:Coordinate and manage both internal and external design resources, monitor timelines, and ensure project milestones and iterations are completed accurately and on schedule.Facilitate the production process, including organizing print services and supporting behind-the-scenes aspects of filming projects to produce high-quality video outputs.Act as a liaison between clients and design teams, setting up Trello boards, Slack channels, and managing project communications. For larger, cross-regional projects, you'll leverage Jira and Confluence to ensure cohesive collaboration.Maintain client satisfaction by balancing expectations with design timelines and requirements, providing clear briefs, and ensuring the design team has sufficient time and resources.Send quotes, check timesheets, and handle additional administrative tasks in close collaboration with ANZ creative leaders and the APAC Operations Manager.Coordinate and schedule essential meetings, including client discussions and project scoping calls, to keep all stakeholders aligned and ensure projects stay on track.This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to uphold customer excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced design environment.YOU'RE GOOD ATManaging and balancing client and stakeholder expectations with ease, ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction across APAC and ANZ.Proactively providing input on project processes, workflows, and operational improvements that support effective collaboration across regions.Solving complex problems in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment by leveraging strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Communicating clearly and confidently with clients, designers, and team members—even under tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios.Coordinating and managing multiple tasks, from setting up tools (Trello, Slack, Jira, Confluence) to monitoring timelines and tracking resources across cross-geo projects.Demonstrating a strong affinity for project management technology and staying up to date with new trends and tools in design media, including digital, video, and emerging technologies.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)A bachelor's degree in graphic design, project management, marketing, or a related field, with a solid foundation in design principles and project execution.2-4 years of experience in a professional services environment, ideally in a design agency, start-up, or similar setting, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.A meticulous approach to work, characterized by accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships with senior leaders, peers, and global team members, and to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.Proven project management experience, including the use of relevant tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello, as well as methodologies that enable seamless cross-functional collaboration.Extensive knowledge in design production processes, including print, digital, video, and presentations, with an ability to coordinate resources and maintain quality standards.Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate smooth client and team interactions.YOU'LL WORK WITHAs part of BCG's Design Studios, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of designers, project managers, and creative leaders across the globe.
