Consultants are provided to the client on a contractual basis and are responsible for the full execution of the Statement of Work agreed within the contract.
Consultant roles may include Project Management, Engineering, Integrated Logistics Support and the provision of technical expertise.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Delivery of the agreed scope of work to the satisfaction of the clientMonitor, manage and maintain positive client sentimentManagement of schedules, risk, budget and resources, preparation of briefings, submissions, reports and returns relating to project progress and issues in accordance with organisational requirements.Manage time and resources to enable efficient completion of the required tasks.Proactively promote the physical and mental health and safety of all team members.Identify, monitor and mitigate or manage risks to the delivery of service in accordance with the Omni Risk Management Framework.Prior experience working at a management/team lead level within an Integrated Team project environment.Identify and evaluate business development opportunities and employment candidates.Analyse and ensure compliance with legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.Complete client and corporate administrative requirements in a timely manner.Numerous employees within Omni will simultaneously hold the position of consultant and each employee will possess a combination of qualifications and skill sets that enable them to fulfil their role.We are seeking expressions of interest from a diverse range of people who are committed, adaptable, collaborative and resilient.
