We are looking for a high performing Manager to join our Risk Management Group Change and Data Central team.
The team is responsible for all operational aspects of Change and Data Delivery work for the Risk Management Group.
This involves financial management and analysis, governance, frameworks and assurance, and reporting.
This role is a 12 Month Contract.

What role will you play?In this role you will pro-actively partner with a wide range of Risk Management Group stakeholders, including Program Directors, Finance, Division COO's, Business Managers, and our Delivery Partners.
You will provide finance insights and analysis to support key stakeholders in managing project and program costs, resources and forecasts to contribute to the Risk Management Group's strategy.
This role also involves working with Macquarie's business groups to provide support and input on Risk Management Group program/project costs, and upcoming new initiatives.
What you offerProvide financial guidance and advice to Change and Data Leads on the management of costs and program/project costs.Partner with Risk Management Group Change and Data Leads and Program Directors to provide insight to Risk Management Group Division COO's and business managers, to assist them in their financial management and planning.Review and report financial results to senior stakeholders and provide meaningful insights into the Project and Program costs.Support the annual strategy review and half-yearly forecasting cycles for Risk Management Group programs and projects.Oversight and management of a reporting analyst direct report.About the Risk Management GroupIn our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks.
Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
